Acceptable use

• Use PGMS only for legitimate postgraduate administration, supervision, study or examination.
• Keep your password and two-factor device private. Never share your account.
• Do not upload material you are not entitled to share, or files containing malware.
• Do not try to access records outside your role. All access is logged.

Accounts

Administrators may suspend accounts that breach these terms or university regulations.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service may be interrupted for maintenance. Updates are announced in the application.
